A writer's resource which I'm sure most of you are aware of is Writer's Digest. It is a great way to keep tabs on what's going on in the national scene, as well as having great resources for writers.
So a couple of days ago a fellow writer (hi, Shanti!) on our Mormon Mommy Writers Yahoo Group sent around a link she'd received from another writing group she's with. (If you're not a part of our group, consider joining. Lots of great info, camaraderie, and help go through there.)
70 Solutions to Common Writing Mistakes is a free pdf that Writer's Digest is giving away right now. I've devoured it, and it's a great jumping off point. So I'm passing along the links so you can also use it to spiff up your writing.
It comes in two parts. Download and save them, and anytime you need an idea on how to fix something in your writing, it's a great place to start. Enjoy!
